On Thursday night, December 1, Fabulous Foods finished up a week of of catering Nordstrom's most popular VIP party of the year at the Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus. Other locations also included The Westchester, The Mall at Short Hills and The Mall at Roosevelt Field.
Guests who attended were treated to fashionable foods, cupcake pops, and cocktails provided by Fabulous Foods. In addition to catering services, Fabulous Foods provided necessary supplies and staffing

FABULOUS FOODS PRODUCES CBS VIP TASTING

Fabulous Foods Catering and Event Designers produced a VIP Tasting for CBS on Thursday, October 27th in Manhattan.
The tasting featured a selection of smoked salmon tarts with dill creme fraiche and capers, Cuban chicken cigars with black bean dipping sauce, beef sliders on mini brioche with cheddar and burnt onion jam, pear and walnut stilton bouchee, mascarpone with honey, walnuts and mint on english cucumber, panko eggplant crisps with fresh mozzarella and roasted tomato and basil and shrimp and crab profiterole with avocado, mango and micro greens.
Tuna tartare with mango, wasabi greens, ginger aioli and wonton chips, panko pan fried goat cheese over micro greens, dried cranberries and candied walnuts, assorted ricotta pistachio and cranberry mascarpone lollipops, pan fried seasoned cocktail meatballs, chicken pot pie petite tarts, crab cakes with lemon basil aioli, and baked macaroni and cheese with chorizo were also sampled.

FABULOUS FOODS THROWS EXTRAVAGGANT BIRTHDAY BASH FOR WALL STREET’S JACK MURPHY

NEW JERSEY – October 28, 2011 – Fred Luberto of Fabulous Foods Event Designers and Catering Company threw an over-top-top surprise 50th birthday bash for Wall Street executive Jack Murphy on Saturday, October 22nd at his and his wife Danielas Holmdel, NJ home.
The Fabulous Foods design team turned the Murphy’s back yard into a lavish event space with enormous velour-lined heated tents, lush decor, body-painted staff, performers and a dance floor. Two hundred of the Murphy’s closest friends and family took photographs in front of the step-and-repeat, danced to DJ entertainment and enjoyed a live performance by cover band Screaming Broccoli. Bartenders poured cocktails, champagne, wine and beer while guests enjoyed gourmet passed hors doeuvres and fabulous dinner stations.

FABULOUS FOODS PROVIDES CATERING SERVICES FOR SEI GLOBAL

NEW JERSEY – October 13, 2011 - Fabulous Foods Event Designers and Catering Company and founder Fred Luberto provided full meeting catering services for SEI Global Services Inc. Saturday, October 8th and Sunday, October 9th.
A lavish breakfast buffet featured scrambled eggs, hickory smoked bacon, home fries, and assorted bagels with butter, cream cheese, and marmalade. Coffee, tea, and a variety of fresh fruit juices were also served. Specialty sandwiches and gourmet tortilla wraps were served for lunch along with chilled pasta salad and a mixed green salad topped with balsamic dressing. Dessert selections included a decadent assortment of gourmet cookies and brownies.
In addition to meeting catering services, Fabulous Foods provided necessary supplies and staffing. Saturday’s event ran from 7:00am to 12:00pm and Sunday’s even ran from 7:30am to 12:00pm.
